Grass-fed beef is lower in fat than traditional beef, and has more omega-3 fatty acids, linoleic acid and vitamin E.

Beans are a fiber-packed source of vegetable protein, complex carbohydrates, magnesium and antioxidants.

Corn is a fiber-rich food, and a good source of vitamins B3 and B6, manganese, and the antioxidant, pantothenic acid.
