Garlic is an antioxidant-rich food rich in manganese, B vitamins, and allicin.
Onions are an excellent source of B vitamins, biotin, manganese, potassium, and vitamin C.
Bell Peppers are abundant in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents.
Spinach is very abundant in many vitamins and minerals that benefit our health. It is a great source of vitamins A, B, C, and K as well as calcium, magnesium, and folate. Spinach is also one of the best sources of non-heme (plant-based) iron.






Destiny –
This meal is VERY tasty. Not being a big fan of spinach just a weee dab of the aioli is enough to make it palatable for me. In fact it was so tasty, I hardly used any aioli at all! Do yourself a favor, if the spinach is holding you back, get it anyway. You won’t be sorry!
