Cuisine for Healing’s Spring Menu

Cuisine for Healing’s spring menu is officially out!! This new menu features 10 new items that include are a variety of cuisines, flavors, and meal types. Below are details on a few of our new items.

Our muffin collection has grown! We are now offering a gluten-free, dairy-free, Lemon Blueberry Muffin. This muffin is perfect for breakfast on the go or as a snack during the day. It is the perfect combination of sweet and savory.

The next new item on our Spring Menu is a Falafel wrap. Now you may be wondering what Falafel even is. Falafel is made of ground garbanzo beans or chickpeas and is usually deep-fried. However, we do not deep fry our Falafel, we actually bake the garbanzo beans instead. The wrap is paired with a Yogurt Dill Sauce that is made with greek yogurt, dill, cucumber, apple cider vinegar, and broccoli sprouts. We offer the wrap by itself or with our healthy chips and a dessert!

We have also added an Eggroll Bowl to our menu. This contains the classic ingredients of an eggroll with the addition of ground turkey, red and green cabbage, and coco amino. Coco amino is a healthier, low-sodium, substitution for soy sauce!

There are many more items added to our menu, but the last one I will highlight is our Sweet Potato Hash. We offer a Sweet Potato Hash with turkey sausage and a vegetarian hash! Our Sweet Potato Hash contains red and green bell peppers, onions, and paprika for great flavor!
